The master bathroom is split, kind of a his and hers type set up. One side has a head, sink, and shower, the other side has a head, sink, and tub (with shower) it is pretty much open, but is divided in the middle.

This master suite has two bathrooms. However, market might not recognize any increase in value due to it's super-adequacy.
Whether adjustment is needed or not depends on total bath count, living area, and functionality.
( yes for 1 to 2, 2 to 3, and for 3 to 4 if living area is bigger than 3,000 sf )
