in NY 45 = Cert.Res, 46 = Cert.Gen. higher #s more recently issued
 
I've definitely seen two of those NY appraiser's names before.
 
One of those appraisers was a principal in Vanderbilt...what goes around comes around.

I prefer not to say on an open forum simply because the evidence is not in my own hands...though I know who does. :)

No problem. However, if there is a pdf transcript, or other public info, it might be interesting to see it.
 
A synopsis of the suspensions/revocations will be posted in the next newsletter, but that is going to be many months away. I don't know if they publish the cases online; Mike Kennedy might know about that.
