Will You Get The Vaccine?

Science explained this months ago. Some people spread it a ton, while some hardly do at all. They didn't know that at first but have come to understand it over the last year. Like so many things, this has been explained multiple times all over, but people will still ask the same questions about it (just like when people claim not understand the concept that the number one reason for the mask is keeping you from spreading it, not protecting you from getting it, even if it does help in that regard).

My wife had it and the only thing we could really do was not sleep in the same room and not use the same bathroom. Other than that, we were both in the house all the time as this was the beginning of lockdown when it was really strict. At one time I thought that was really weird (I mean, as a non medical person, I still kinda do), but once the concept that not everyone spreads it equally was put out there I got it. Because it really isn't that hard to understand.

Thanks to your wife, Mich, and all others like her for having to put up with this nonsense. I was quite happy to see so many of my friends who are doctors, nurses and paramedics getting the vaccine over the last week.

Definite No. Never had a flu shot, never will take any vaccine. Research it (I mean really research it, not just using Google and mainstream media). You won't take one either when you find out the dangers.

So far about 7% of the population has had it so we aren't close to that number. If we get to 70% infected that means two million Americans have died from it so we don't want that.

And your other question: after you get the vaccine you won't get Covid19 and you won't spread it to others.

I would be first in line if they would let me, but appraisers aren't a priority, which is fine, whatever, I will be patient!

I wear a mask when the law requires it and exercise common sense regarding distancing and exposure. With that being said, I grow tired of the virtue signaling mask Nazis and their never ending lectures. “Follow the science” is stated in the same vein as those old movies when “The Gods have willed it” was shouted before someone was burned at the stake or tossed in a volcano, there is no room to question their science without being shamed.

I guess it also depends on your age, location, and other factors. I have a coworker who has a breathing issue. I want him to get the vaccine tomorrow if he could. He is young, but Covid-19 would knock him down if he got.

They say it also goes in your eyes. So then why don't they say everybody needs to wear a mask and goggles? Do you wear goggles?

When I have inspected hospitals since Covid, the nurses and doctors typically wear two masks and a face shield.

BTW, they rank who needs it first- doctors, paramedics, nurses 1st. Rest homes next. Teachers and students, then farm workers and processing plant workers, etc. I am sure appraisers will be down the line and if given in April...ah, pretty much the season will be over...but also, you do know you have to have TWO shots, right?

When I sprained my ankle, I normally would go to the hospital and have it checked out.
Because of Covid and high exposure in hospitals, I try not to go in unless it's an emergency.
It's been a month. I do hope my ankle gets smaller and back to normal.

She does NOT wear glasses and a face shield. She has her N-95 for the ER and her collection of cloth masks for the ICU. Why would I make something up? Do you live with and talk to a Doctor/RN/NP every single day?

My wife and I both have regular visits with doctors. I have spoken to many er and icu nurses. For the most part. They only wear N95 when patient is positive. Procedure mask otherwise. Same thing with info from various doctors. Had an appt. Monday with my oncologist. Total of 6 individuals in room during my exam (some students and residents). All were wearing standard paper masks. Hardly anybody wears the face shield. Face shields are more for stopping someone coughing or sneezing right at you in close proximity. More like a splatter shield. Not effective for stopping typical airborne pathogens

I'll bet everything I have that the first ones to get it will be the filthy politicians. As far as appraisers look, we may get a shot, just not for a vaccine.
