Me too. Ez Pz. Been doing full floor plans since day 1, 1993.There are two things I must change to be compliant: A disclosure in the report about following ANSI and the batteries in my Disto D5 once a year.
Nope. The interior walls, ingress/egress, etc. are only required for the following situations: (1) desktop appraisal, (2) when functional obsolescence with the home layout is noted.Looking at the requirements I have been following these for most of my career with the exception of measuring to 1/10 of a foot. Most of the examples of sketches I am seeing though have have complete interior walls and all fixtures in the sketch. Is that also a requirement as that will increase inspection time and the time it takes to complete the sketch significantly.
Your keeping close to vest. I understand. However you may be back in private practice one day. LOL
Complete govt takeover of GSE's?
Very possible. The govt already owns them. They just need 1/10 of ownership.
It puts a lot of money in govt budget also. I don't think that would change if Govt just said you are no longer private company. Idk. That's above my pay scale. The GSEs are too valuable to the New World Order. Keeping them in Conververship will allow them to control much of the country's Real Estate. They get to pick who wins and who loses. Look at Canada. They have frozen much of the citizen's bank accounts.
