There are two things I must change to be compliant: A disclosure in the report about following ANSI and the batteries in my Disto D5 once a year.

Me too. Ez Pz. Been doing full floor plans since day 1, 1993.

Looking at the requirements I have been following these for most of my career with the exception of measuring to 1/10 of a foot. Most of the examples of sketches I am seeing though have have complete interior walls and all fixtures in the sketch. Is that also a requirement as that will increase inspection time and the time it takes to complete the sketch significantly.

Nope. The interior walls, ingress/egress, etc. are only required for the following situations: (1) desktop appraisal, (2) when functional obsolescence with the home layout is noted.

Freddie used to be a little more lenient than Fannie. I don't know now.

Again, Govt almost owns both Fannie and Freddie. Possession is 9/10 of law.

The GSE's made their bed. They have to lay in it.

Complete govt takeover of GSE's?

Very possible. The govt already owns them. They just need 1/10 of ownership.

The GSEs are too valuable to the New World Order. Keeping them in Conververship will allow them to control much of the country's Real Estate. They get to pick who wins and who loses. Look at Canada. They have frozen much of the citizen's bank accounts.

It puts a lot of money in govt budget also. I don't think that would change if Govt just said you are no longer private company. Idk. That's above my pay scale.
