Robot Dude USPAP does not control what lenders and GSEs do. The only person who has to
abide by USPAP is you and its designed to not help you but to help a State Board or Federal Agency End your career. Now once you understand- The game and the rules you can either obey and comply or get into another business. It's really as simple as that.

This is what I just don't get and no matter how many times it's repeated some just want to die on hills that are not worth dying on :)

I have never understood why people that hate everything about their jobs don't just change jobs. Masochists.
 
it’s been over a decade since AMC licensing. Why no USPAP equivalent for them?

Many have never really understood the purpose of USPAP- On this Forum George is probably the only one left that fully comprehends it from it's beginning.
