We have a member of the Board of Trustees for TAF who has publicly claimed that the Appraisal Foundation does not engage in lobbying activities. However, IRS records reveal a starkly contrasting reality. This dissonance raises serious concerns that warrant thorough investigation. I intend to contact the IRS this week to delve deeper into this matter, and I encourage others to do the same. The implications of this discrepancy are profoundly concerning and demand urgent attention.

Dude.....you're going to be found hanging from a shower curtain rod, naked, with a half finished appraisal on your desktop, with signs of a struggle, and they're going to call it a suicide.

Just another fine reason that appraisers should be able to vote people into these positions at the federal and state levels. Would you rather these people be appointed by God I guess, or would you rather licensed appraisers vote them to the positions?
I have heard God has a sense of humor. Lightning didn't just strike me . God knows he did not appoint these people.
Regrettably, both for you and TAF, a former Florida Board member personally informed me that TAF had been advocating for the mandatory compliance of appraisers in Florida with USPAP when conducting evaluations. Why the surprise? TAF has consistently voiced its intent to establish standards for evaluations. Considering your newfound role as TAF's official mouthpiece on The Forum, could you provide a detailed breakdown of how TAF allocated its resources, particularly over a million dollars in lobbying fees, and did TAF consult with appraisers on how those funds were to be used?
An anonymous "former Florida Board member" personally informing you is not the Florida Legislature. I'll stand by my statement that TAF did not lobby the Florida legislature.

Not my point Sir. You read my point on appraisers voting people to these positions. Don't tell me lobbyist money is nowhere involved in the whole scheme of things.
