What difference does it even make who is in office or what the party line is? Either way, nobody in govt or who is doing business with the govt can get away with arbitrarily blowing the critics off on an unsupported basis. The entire point of playing the race card is that it can be used on a fire-n-forget basis, and any subsequent denials can be used against the accused as proof of their guilt. It's a teflon complaint that places the entire burden of proof on the accused.

I have never seen one of these groups providing public notice, nor observing other "public meeting" obligations, when glad handing and partaking in the open bars and cigars once the bailiwick of the mafia. K Street and backrooms would not exist if they didn't serve a useful function for somebody...they have simply been repurposed by slicker, more insidious bands of merry men.

The Fish and Chips were absolutely magnificent! Perhaps followed by a leisurely stroll down Jermyn Street, taking in the charm of the surroundings after our visit to Big Ben.

It's hard to imagine a group more out of touch with reality than the folks at TAF. Their ability to generate such remarkable material surpasses even my own imagination. Maybe Camila knighted Kelly Queen :ROFLMAO:

WTF are they doing over there? There's serious issues to resolve over here....

You can't begrudge Kelly Queen of her Knighthood, Surfer Dude.

Oh, yes, it's ladies' night
And the feeling's right
Oh, yes, it's ladies' night
Oh, what a night (Oh, what a night)

Do you believe in coincidences? One of half dozen senior FNMA executives.....

"Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer

Sharifa A. Anderson is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Officer. She reports to the President and serves as a member of the management committee. Ms. Anderson is responsible for leading Fannie Mae’s ongoing efforts to create measurable, positive diversity and inclusion outcomes across the enterprise and with Fannie Mae’s suppliers, business partners, and the people and communities it serves. In her role, she leads a function that works collaboratively across the company to advance diversity, equity and inclusion, supports Board oversight of strategic priorities and manages related regulatory and compliance matters.
Most recently, Ms. Anderson was Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh. Prior to that role, she held other leadership and legal positions at FHLBank Pittsburgh focused on driving diversity, equity and inclusion and supporting housing finance and community investment.

Previously, Ms. Anderson held legal positions at Relman Colfax in Fair Lending Counseling and Compliance, Ballard Spahr in Public Finance and Housing, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Office of General Counsel’s Finance Division. Earlier in her career, she worked at Fannie Mae as a Senior Business Manager, responsible for a variety of affordable housing and community development initiatives. She is active with the Pennsylvania Bankers Association, where she has served on the Board of Directors and the association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Group."

....................

Isn't Relman Colfax that law firm TAF paid $400K+ for something? I'm sure it isn't a conflict, well, maybe. Let's just say 'a close relationship.' Its all about the stakeholders.

500 k...because TAF cannot write their standards without help or bias :rof: :rof: :rof:

Kelly David's passion for advancing the field of appraisal is contagious, and I am convinced she was destined to lead The Appraisal Foundation. As we embark into this exciting new era under Kelly's remarkable leadership supported by the incredibly talented staff, there will be unprecedented achievements and nothing short of marvels under her guidance.

Yeah, advance this Clearly Cra*ital "solicitation" to Ms. Davids to see how she and her "talented staff" marvel at this...
