It just happened.

The Federal Communications Commission has set its sights on Disney — and therefore the jewel of the Disney companies, ABC — for discriminatory practices.

Someone apparently forgot to inform Disney that things were changing.

Either that, or the arrogance of CEO Robert Iger’s inner circle at the top of the Disney food chain is so great that the top brass just didn’t think their full throttle DEI practices would ever catch up with them.

And it probably wouldn’t have, if the Democrats hadn’t torched their party, and if President Trump hadn’t stayed in the fight for the last 4 years.

But Disney’s all-in approach to DEI is catching up to them, because FCC Chairman Brendan Carr has directed the Enforcement Bureau to investigate Disney for what he is calling “invidious” forms of discrimination.

That's a real low bar to satisfy - Investigate Disney and prevent a trans HS kid from using a certain bathroom. Wow! What amazing achievements from POTUS.

Meanwhile, he is tanking our economy, endangering national security, turning former allies and trade partners into enemies and throwing out decades of work that made America a world leader.

The passionate argument in favor of hybrid products is eerily similar to the last stand of Zaio when we were told to get with the times or be left behind. Could there possibly be a comeback behind the scenes where hybrid/zones are being offered? If so, I’d love to know how to short this cutting edge product.

What a scam that was. I was approached by the local rep to buy a couple of zones for 10K a pop. The concept made no sense to me and I figured Google could do it for free. I had a few fellow appraisers that bought more than one, losers.

I never understood how any group of professionals can "own" a territory of properties and not allow competitors to take photos or gather data about the properties -

They couldn't make that happen. Google, Zillow, and several others demonstrated that. All zones appeared to be priced the same. My hometown was significantly affected by the closing of steel mills, resulting in low and infrequent sales. I asked if I could buy that one for $1,000.

Removing your social media posts to hide your anti-trust activity is not going to help you, Scott. It's better to come clean, admit to the crimes, face the consequences, and move on.
