If anyone is interested in keeping up with the ongoing saga, LinkedIn is the place to be. Several people have posted that national has made it clear in the most recent meeting (Wednesday?) they are "fighting" both lawsuits, which is different from defending. Either way, this is playing out exactly how I imagined; MAIs care only about reputation and just want this to go away and get back to business as usual. Residential appraisers are concerned about what Dr. Chance has uncovered and REVAA's involvement in national and want a change from top to bottom.

Guess who is winning and who will win.

I am not sure. If they did accuse Ms. Chance of embezzlement. FBI and IRS may win. They will go through every account Appraisal Institute has.

When it gets to that level. Govt insured banks really have no control on what FBI, IRS, State govt officials have. If it is in piggy bank in back corner? Different story. LOL

If those govt officials come in your bank and say we want these records and here is our warrant from a judge. Bank has no choice but to release the records.

They can literally freeze a bank account at a insured bank. They can say freeze this account right now. Not tomorrow. Today. All funds in this account are frozen. We will be back with you.

Only a fool without any grasp of the facts or the conversation at hand could reach this conclusion.

When it gets to embezzlement charges like that the Fed or other govt already has a lien recorded on the account in order to tell bank to freeze it right now.

Do you understand? Okay.

Then accountants will go through everything the supposed embezzlement charges came through. Any and all accounts.. Then they will look at the accused bank accounts and freeze them also.

When you get to that level of accusation, your going to jail if you embezzled that much money. I won't swear in the investigation some other interesting finds could be discovered.

Actually I just wanted you to avow that you were talking about the same person and you weren't confusing him with someone else.
