That also makes me digress. If a bank is not selling a loan to a GSE, then there are no requirements for them as far as using the new platform or am I right or not?

ya know - Bert prolly could have cashed in on this if: (1) he understood GSE appraising - and he may, (2) he wasn't such an over the top booty trench, and (3) he had focused on creating a usable software (instead of developing something that (in his own words) only he can understand).

Translation: something he can manipulate to do what he wants it to say.
