So it is irrelevant to the conversation. Try to keep up. BUT if your saying that res apprraisers should market their services that a good point, Marketing selling your service is a good idea and it cost money to do that. One of the cheapest ways is a business card. Give one to everyone you meet. I gave one to everyone and did get some non-lender work.Many appraisers don't do GSE work period. They are all engaged directly with their client. GSE is not intended use or user. Client is only intended user.
