A.I. Stuff

Many appraisers don't do GSE work period. They are all engaged directly with their client. GSE is not intended use or user. Client is only intended user.

No third party involved.
So it is irrelevant to the conversation. Try to keep up. BUT if your saying that res apprraisers should market their services that a good point, Marketing selling your service is a good idea and it cost money to do that. One of the cheapest ways is a business card. Give one to everyone you meet. I gave one to everyone and did get some non-lender work.

not necessarily my friend I have an entire thread on the progress I've made in less than 1 year my Google Business Profile is highly ranked in my area which cost $0.

A friend of mine has been out of work since June working in accounting so I ran her resume through Grok and asked it to optimize for online submission taking into account recruiter AI and to mitigate auto rejection. In less than 2 weeks she had 4 interviews and started her new job today!

I'm always amused how few appraisers refuse to purchase a $10 a year domain and set up at minimum, a professional email address and optionally a website (which are cheap to build now for basic marketing sites). Even if you don't seek out private work, AMCs, lenders etc look you up and take you more seriously if you have a web presence - especially the younger crowd.
