Gse's UAD 3.6 Likely Delayed Til Late '27/'28 - (copilot Analysis Today)

The software boys and AMC cucks are now stating in podcasts that we should expect 50% lender 3.6 adoption in April 2026 with FHA jumping on board by August.
And when 90% of those ATTEMPTED orders are DECLINED by ALL of their appraiser panels - just WHAT will they do THEN? Maybe "The Coyote" can give us a hint as to their "backup plan"? Will they be calling on "General Wenck" to come to their rescue with his "Phantom Appraiser Army"? :rof:

:rof: These guys aren't going to admit any possible delay until the day before. Have you seen these people on linkedin or happen to listen to any of them speak at conferences? We're talking about some men with massive egos here. Way too soon to delay anything.

But how is this even a debate? I haven't heard of 1 new software form that's functioning properly yet. I'm not about to waste my valuable time testing **** for free for the gses. All I read about are horror stories on FB and linkedin.
Yes, I have seen them also at conferences, and they come across as puffed up self-important idiots, oblivious to the fact that they're just cardboard cutout bureaucrats.

The very fact that they're in those positions is testament to the fact that they have FAILED in life, at least when it comes to being successfully privately employed. ;)

Been busy and not on here as much, has Wiley chimed in about the progress of the UAD 3.6? He would probably know more than many about the progression.

Seen on Fakebook:

"In a webinar yesterday, the gse's stated the Nov 26 deadline is firm and Sept 1 they will not allow any lenders to order 2.6 orders any longer. They said it will take 60 days to clear all new mortgages so Sept 1 is the deadline for 2.6 orders."

Yep. Uncle Non has been telling everyone for months that the real deadline is much sooner than November. Someone has finally let the cat out of the bag. Will appraisers pay attention?

The mandate date is based on the date the appraisal report is submitted (the first time) to the UCDP. It is not based on order date.

How many reports do you think are impacted currently as far as submitted date vs order date?

Makes no difference to me, whatsoever. I only follow these threads for their entertainment value, and toss in a tidbit here and there when they seem to be dragging. Should I arrive at a place where I have no other cares, I will join the frenzied stampede!
