3.6 UAD on site checklist PDF

Why is your checklist 3 pages but the other one is 24 pages?

Two different approaches bro mine is simply what do I have to do different on site compared to previous inspections. Cash's is a complete checklist from beginning to end as if it were an app

Digger's is a high level overview to help you make sure you capture the big picture requirements. What I put together helps you capture the specific UAD fields (which are marked) for folks who need that sort of thing. They can both be used together :)

Once you pick that phone up, you try my app for this. It auto-labels the images using the on device vision model (not the cloud) which of course you can correct/override in a tap). No connection needed for it to work btw, which is great for rural, building interiors etc.

Woah dude I didn't know you had an app check your inbox

I got a direct lender who wants me to start practicing 3.6 for real in august. The others, dead silence. But, no one here has actually done a few, to really speak about it.
A lot of the pre advice is helpful, but show me the beef.

So don't mention fence. Is it a required item, don't think so. You can mentiin many minor items, but only should if you are making an adjustment on the grid for that item, would you want to mention it. Waste of time with un needed minutia, if not adjusting for it. But you all just minutia yourselves into time consuming not really needed on your report.

Just my opinion after having done one minimally, without any call back for more info.

I loathe mentioning fences they almost never add value but the VA called me out on a TH fence once
