24 Hour Appraisals

There's no requirement but they (Apple) has the best software/hardware balance and well implemented LiDar, which is going to be a requirement for inspection apps going forward.
Inspection apps? What's that? And what's LiDar?
I don't use mobile inspections. I'll stick with tape and graph paper.

The thing is the appraisers are willingly moving in that direction using things like spark for adjustments. We as a group are already doing ****ty automated appraisals. We just don't want to be paid less for it.

Good idea, but if I pause after completing a report for even 24 hours, I review it thinking Who TF wrote this garbage, elimating about 50% of the verbiage [kinda like my perspective of this post if I look back on it later today!]
Next day refreshed eyes reviewing caught many minor mistakes in my report.
Didn't changed the value but had to clean it up so Fernando looks and writes professionally.;)

What's spark adjustments.? I do my own adjustments. Don't need computer to do adjustments for me. I tweak it so well, my reports look darn good.

I actually like the idea of overhauling the whole process. The only problem is these tech guys don't understand real estate.
Some of us do but I have no desire to go into the report/form filling biz.

We all kindof assumed you already do. And after you're done, eat the crayloa when you're done.
Just giving you a hard time but you and Zoe just set up the jokes too well.

When I do the sketch on paper, sometimes I can't read what I wrote. I write too fast on site. Anyone else has that problem besides me?

The reporting software is part of it. But the whole process should be overhauled. Including how data is presented and differences reported and accounted for. I think the whole idea of the sales comparison grid is outdated.
