Man, oh man, Fern... sometimes less is more. Why you buy an iPad again? For appraisals? When did Fannie require us to have an iPad?

Nighthawk is drastically different than Total and SFREP, which are sticking to a form-filler desktop software based approach.Nighthawk is no different than Alamode or any of them
I fail to see where Nighthawk is drastically different.Nighthawk is drastically different than Total and SFREP, which are sticking to a form-filler desktop software based approach.
There is nothing about the UAD 3.6 spec that requires cloud-based software. While it is true that installing software on one's local computer is generally considered an outdated and inefficient approach by many software companies, some of the UAD 3.6 providers are relying on local installation. I know this to be true because I have one of them installed on my computer. If one wants to know the approach being taken by any specific company, that information is generally available on their web sites.Which is internet-based, no matter what. Perhaps it was designed that way so that non-appraisers who do not own software can use it?.
Whther we call it cloud based or web based (or whatever the best verbiage is) a large part of it must be filled out in real time, and from scratch, correct? There is nothing about the UAD 3.6 spec that requires cloud-based software. The migration to use of more cloud based systems is driven by the efficiency in providing updates, not by the UAD 3.6 spec.
I already told you that one of the first things I did in the software I am testing was build a template (I built a template for an SFR in my general neighborhood).Whther we call it cloud based or web based (or whatever the best verbiage is) a large part of it must be filled out in real time, and from scratch, correct?
I asked if the UAD 3.6 dynamic format was designed so that people who may not be appraisers, or people who do not have form software, can use it.I already told you that one of the first things I did in the software I am testing was build a template (I built a template for an SFR in my general neighborhood).
The UAD 3.6 is for an appraisal report. Appraisal reports are completed by appraisers.I asked if the UAD 3.6 dynamic format was designed so that people who may not be appraisers, or people who do not have form software, can use it.
