ACI just down or out of business

Location maps and the such can be worked around....the big issue is that the ACI software creates the Mismo XML file or ENV if needed. This is why your orders are being canceled. No one has indicated a work-around for the XML/ENV issue
There is no work around for ACI XML because they are encrypted. However, I was able to convert ACI XML files to Total with no problem.

When I worked for the bank when I started appraising, we used one of the cheapo software (forgot the name).
While doing my independent appraising on the side, I found Alamode software back then as superior.
I convinced my bank to switch to Alamode and I didn't even get a referral fee. :(

I have a question. When you do this, does it convert the photos, sketches, maps, etc? I tried this in both Appraise-It pro and Clickforms and most of the information does not convert in to the file.
No. It did not convert any images, maps, sketches, photos. Just the text part. In order to convert a file you have to start a new report and import the file. At that point the new file defaults to empty pages. But it does populate the form which is great. The converted XML files are stored in the Total program so it is just like importing a Total file into the new report.

Yes, that's how all these converters work they will fill in the form but not bring in the photos sketches images etc.

I clicked on it and got the same thing. It is not a https site and it's security certificate is not being read correctly. I passed it along because it was passed along to me by a vendor manager who had received it directly from Mr. Bradford, himself.

got same message

What I find most disgusting is the way that many AMCs are falling over themselves to shill for Bradford (and some for Alamode too) in unsolicited emails misleadingly titled "Cyberattack, etc, etc". You open it and its a sales pitch for a third party. Un-be-li-ev-ab-le.

And you can quit being a JERK and display a little more compassion. Or you can be the second member I put on "Ignore" for "smartassery" on this thread. Your choice.
No, this is just this guy, lets call him "Bradhole" for the purposes of this thread, backtracking on the furious blowback he got at the "vultureness" of his company's initial tone-deaf response...
