ACI back up and working. Able to pull maps, XML, etc. so much for doom and gloom on this thread,

It is working for me as well. It sent a strange message when printing xml, but other than that, it is working as expected.

I just received a message from Voxtur "Effective immediately, Voxtur will NOT be accepting reports created through ACI appraisal software until further notice."

Most clients/lenders have no loyalty. If ACI is a problem, find appraisers who don't use ACI. Many other appraisers out there.

But AMCs collude with appraisers to fix pricing, eliminating most from their panel and leaving only a few with most of the work.
