ACI just down or out of business

I just received a message from Voxtur "Effective immediately, Voxtur will NOT be accepting reports created through ACI appraisal software until further notice."
Are they paying for the orders completed?

As of this morning, XML appears to be created properly, however, I have not yet heard from the other end....can not create an ENV file yet. If anyone else can, let us know...because then it me

I was able to do XML and upload to appraisal port last night.

Yes, ACI up and running. But the damage has already been done. Several AMCs dont want ACI, need to by another software any way.
Yes, AMCs are going to lower the amount of appraiser's in their pool so that the ones left can charge higher fees and then if one of the other major providers goes down they may cut them out of the pool too....I can totally see this happening

Looks like ACI is up and running...not a moment too soon!

I've read your posts the last two days and concluded that you are at best - a Troll - or a shill for one of the software companies, paid or not.

This from the person defending and making excuses for ACI for 20 pages?

All software companies suck to some degree, but this debacle from ACI is the worst we've seen to date. There is no excuse for the lack of communication.

I'm going to be looking for something from ACI to cover for this pretty intense situation. They were a no show, and they could very easily have come here to offer updates. It's the lack of communication that's always maddening, and it's going to cost them business if they don't don't offer something up.

Do they even monitor appraisal forums. Again, their computers and phones are down. Are you really going to open an email from a different source (the private email of an employee) regarding the problem, or flag it as suspect since it mentions ACI in the heading? I wouldn't, in fear this was a lead in to a virus or ransomware of your personal computer.

Well it was working late last night - but now no maps again
