So you're just going to ignore all of the other forms of communicating to your customers that I discussed in my response and focus on a scammer text message which I didn't even bring up. Scratching my head on that one.

Ok, ACI is down and they didn't communicate to anyone. Life goes on. Jump ship, get new software and stop complaining about what you can't control. The time people spend on here complaining could be spent getting up and running with something new.

a nice email from ACI saying how sorry they are. to get a quick fix, hit this fix ACI link.
at one time win total was quirky with the newer window programs. at that point i had a redundancy computer with everything on it as a back up. there were times when i literally had to replace the whole system on my one computer to get win total running right. but in this case who can afford to have 2 appraisal programs at the same time. corelogic is also a big company worthy to attack, i hope not.

In that brief period yesterday when they were on line, did anyone create an XML file and send to a client ? Do we know those are safe files for the end user ? A little communication, just a little would go a long way. There are ways to communicate with us...as simple as creating a profile here. If I stay with ACI I expect something for staying...say some free choice credits or half off renewal fee, etc.
