I believe the parent company First American has so little concern about the appraisal software division that its about have loss due to attrition if they don't bring it back online in the next few days. The top appraisal software companies have already stepped in with offers. Hence, many will stay with the new software once they are proficient in its use and realize the weakness of the ACI program by comparison. Outages of this length are unacceptable without any communication.
