isnt that what they call public trust...

The public trust is very much in action. Three of 15th Street 'Partners" blacklisted ACI appraisers from their panel last week. :ROFLMAO:

Don't care, they are making THEIR problem YOUR problem.
And FNMA makes THEIR problem ours and the form providers... so?
Now that the FBI is investigating they should dig deeper into First Americans cough cough “Business practices “
FBI is investigating Black Cat, not FAF. Actually they seized Black Cat's website and released the keys to the encrypted documents. And BC seized the web site again and are inviting outsider hackers to join the fight. May be a blood bath for a while

Malware Attack on Texas Appraisal District Falls Short

An investigation into a malware attack against Tarrant Appraisal District computers found that no taxpayer information was compromised. Officials say two pieces of malware failed upon launch.

FA should call tarrant for help... :rof: :rof: :rof:

seized their web site??? I'd send a cruise missile into every Black Cat players living rooms on Christmas day! Then see how many "outside hackers" care to join in on the fight after that! That's a blood bath that is over due!

Are you really going to open an email from a different source (the private email of an employee) regarding the problem, or flag it as suspect since it mentions ACI in the heading?
Yeah, if they sent a rep or two here with updates we’d be able to tell if it was BS or not.

I’d have at least respected the effort, BUT, they didn’t do that. I’m not sorry, but that’s absolutely unacceptable. They’re going to hear that from me, and there better be some very kind things they’re prepared to do for us or it’s a non-negotiable ** to them.

IMHO they couldn’t have handled this worse if they had tried.

but y'all need to remember that ACI is a tiny player being held hostage both by the cyber criminals and by the policies of their parent on how they are handling this.
“I all” don’t have to remember anything. But what is going to leave a mark is their complete & total lack of communication during this period of time.

There’s no excuse for that, none. This is what destroys companies, just as it would yours.

I sent mine Friday night. To my knowledge my xml and my env delivered fine. They were both cleared on the lenders end.
I created two xml files while ACI was briefly back online.
