There's an update from First Am, and clearly they're just throwing us under the bus. I'm thinking they're fully prepared to discontinue ACI with a crap response like this.

Does SFREP have the capability, like ACI does, of having comps 4-6 come right after comps 1-3 rather than coming after the signature page?

Yes, you can do that in Appraise-It Pro. While working in the report, additional comps will appear below the entire 1004, 2055, etc, but when you go to print to PDF/create MISMO XML you can reorder the pages so that comps 4-6, 7-9, etc come directly after comps 1-3 in the output report.

I got it yesterday- completed 4 reports so far-- you can take a XML from ACI software (say a from a file in same neighborhood you completed) and merge it into the SFREP software kinda like cloning- still need to add license and do sketch but 4 reports in 24 hours was not too bad thought it was going to be much worse-- Good luck

I am converting my finished ACI order to ClickForms, and the process was pretty simple. Based on the goodwill Jeff Bradford extended to us for a 30-day fully functional trial, I believe it will weigh heavily on my decision on my next software provider. Aside from the Windows 3.11 icons, the software is fully functional. I also figured out the answers to the questions that I posted earlier. I did not get a call back from my email and website inquiry on the Clickforms website; however, I assume they are inundated with calls and have low staff due to the holiday, so I'll give them a pass this time.

I went with Total today. They have a lot of options that none of the other softwares have. I have known this but no way wanted to change and learn a new software. Now I had no choice. I went with the elite membership so I can try all options. Oh and they took the $1000 I just paid ACI December 15 and credited to my purchase. Sadly I will be learning a new software and leaving ACI. I’m trying to look at it as an upgrade to decrease the angst!

Can you convert your PDF that you print from ACI into XML through clickforms?
