guess i was wrong. you better watch out for the space station, not just airplanes.

not that you deserve any sort of explanation but in the 2 counties i have covered for the past 20+ years there are 3 developments with $1m+ housing, and they have in total less than 50 units. there is no need to be certified in this area. my clients, who range in longevity from 8 years to over 20 and include lenders, attorneys and government offices are all happy with my license level so the bloated opinion of someone across the country means.... nothing.

Interesting news about Chinese built servers having an extra chip added to servers built for Apple and others which allows the main chip to be modified. This chip is about the size of the tip of your pencil.

I am glad I don't need form software. I can manage my own comps. Write my own "form".... and not worry any of my clients will datamine my intellectual property.

To those of you that opted in and then want out. Hate to tell ya - that's not how things work. When you click that button every report you've ever created is stolen in an instant and uploaded to their database. In fact, it happened on the last update.. not the opt in. With the opt in now you just get to see it. The fact that you opted in they can prove - which gave them full use to distribute your personal work at will.

Not to make you any more paranoid then you should be but you might as well just go and use the service. If there's a law suit you're going to have to defend yourself now anyway.

And you should be really pissed that you've been duped. This is not technology moving forward as someone tried to put it.

If your "mentors" are embracing this its because they are an appraiser and probably pretty good at appraising .... but very unwise about industry disrupting technology. 5 years ago if he were in the taxi industry he'd be the one that came to you and said "Hey, did you hear about this new app Uber? Yeah, they're really going to update our taxi service and bring us into the new millennium. It's gonna be great, can't wait".
