PA state plan from 2012 is on the internet. Easy to find via Google.
So again, Paris was a joke because the solutions addressing a problem that is either over hyped or non-existent weren't strong enough? \
Locally many water projects ongoing, fighting for restoration of some mass transit cuts (impact on the number of cars on the road), continuation of efforts clean our air, and people trying to **** less. (Okay that last one isn't enshrined anywhere but I know people are trying!)
Hate all the phone calls but Clean Water Action and PennEnvironment are active and keeping the public informed.
Sorry, I wasn't really thinking about Paris.
I look at all the trees they cut down here for commercial solar and wind farms, and very little industry to support that need.
So I was thinking that out by you there is more industry. You guys aren't trying to survive on tourist dollars and healthcare like we are. But really, what would a good local program look like in your area?
Here we have plenty of good clean water, so water here wasn't anything I was considering. But then again, we are a resort area, so lots of people drive out here, in non-electric cars, to go skiing. I hear electric cars aren't really good in snow, and while the snow is late coming this year, it certainly will come.
So fill me in, out by you, what would a good climate change plan look like? Because I'd imagine it'd look different than here.
