I dye it once a month and it gradually turns gray. :(
I have 5 months supply in closet.
Wife is more practical and wants me to shave my head so the gray is less noticeable.
I'm from the hippie generation and we love having hair.
One of my tenant I'd hadn't seen for long time, let his hair grew long down to below his shoulders.
I thought it looked so cool. Wished I could pull that off.
No jokes as a high blood Pressure older Hispanic, I would stay out of steam rooms and hot saunas and hot tubs. Your at the highest risk of strokes and cardio vascular disease. My X- Partner is a 68 year old Mexican in good physical shape biked 5 miles every morning and he had two bad heart attacks last year. Prior to those he had told me he had some mini-strokes and I noticed he was falling a lot and walking with a gait. Keep a watch for signs as once you have a bad one-you may be sitting in a Lazy boy chair with a bib on .

Yes, I have family history of strokes and cancer. My blood pressure around borderline and sometimes go up.
Ever since I had my dog, I'd been walking more even though I rather not.
I take lots of supplements (wasted my money on brain pills) and vitamins whenever I can. Also natural pills I think will increase my testosterone.
I try to cut down on McDs but I had IN&OUT early this week. :D
Love my burgers and fries. Love eating at restaurants but those outside food generally not the healthiest.

Yeah based on your family history and being Hispanic you most likely have an expected life of between 72 to 75 years old. That seems to be the age around here and most are kinda out of it by 65-68 years old,Type 11 Diabetes, Glaucoma and Prostrate Cancer also seem to be big in the Hispanic Community. I don't go to doctors but if I was you it seems, maybe checkups every six months and tests are in order.

"A new study conducted at Verona University in Italy suggests that drinking just one espresso a day could have a significant impact on reducing the risk of developing dementia, particularly Alzheimer's."

I don't drink espresso but just coffee from K cups.
I'm not as sharp as my Berkeley days and afraid my cognitive skills will get worse as I get older.

You really believe this BS maybe you already had a stroke- but those three Vaccines you had may have permanently damaged your heart.

Can't believe it. I just ate a big candy bar. Gave a stick treat to my dog.
Better eat another vitamin to make me feel better.

In the U.S., pain may be a bigger problem for older Hispanics, who make up the nation's fastest growing segment of older adults. They have a higher risk of diabetes, obesity, and disability—which are all risk factors for pain.

Would you rather have a reading of....
89/59 or 120/80....
