Anyone own a blood pressure device

I have like 115/80 and my heartbeat is about 95 beats/minute. Is it too fast or irrelevant?

90 bpm is in normal range....

When your organs began to shut down, blood pressure gets too low and kidneys and other organs start to shut down.

My resting bpm seldom goes over 60. Usually around 57. Bp usually somewhere between 120-130. Some time below 120. Pulseox always in the high 90's
I like to get my lower bp below 80 but can't. I feel like below 80 be better.

"a blood pressure cuff that is the wrong size for your arm can result in “strikingly inaccurate” readings, according to a new study."

Just as I suspected. Home blood pressure devices can give false readings.

the cuff is adjustable. you have to practice it to realize the target spot on your arm. resting heartbeat should be the low 70's if your in good shape. if you measure your blood pressure after doing something it will be in the 90's. if always that high, it is not good. heart is working too hard all the time. also, i think different times of the day and doing it after eating can give you different readings. take it when you have been relaxing, and not right after eating. maybe before you go to sleep when everything is in a calm state. aggravation & worry will bring your pressure up.

Depending on arm rest higher or lower, or after bit of stress, the readings can be atypical.
Same thing with different time of day give different readings. I read mine at night when AF is peaceful and my readings are low. False readings?

I don't know if I already shared this observation....
I find the techs/nurses at the doctor's office don't perform the BP test as described in articles I've read....

Even my current PCP agrees....
