Heck NO !!! I think your posts are quite hilarious, amusing and crafty. Sometimes serious, more often subtle hilarity that others swallow as real or just straight up, you clown around. And I do think you are probably a good appraiser producing solid product. I sat at the back of class often, got really good grades, was bored often and cracked jokes to make the time go by. I get it. I meant the entire board one rarely gets any meaningful nugget of useful exchange of info here.

I called Apex because I wanted to try Apex "cheaper" version so I called Apex to see would there be a problem.
When OP made comments about me, I was surprise and "afraid" to buy now.

I am signing off of this forum for good as there are too many attacking appraisers with too much time on their hands ready to prove they are better than others. You all within this topic, have a good life and hopefully you will find other appraiser's to go after as this one knows when to get out of the house and out of the profession.

Yeah that is probably best. This chatboard and thread is causing you to quit the forum and profession?? woweee. So fascinating that you feel attacked and a victim. And still completely clueless where you get your narrative from that others here are saying they are better then you, etc. You offer to sell an old version of the sketch software, we say someone might want to to buy the newer version cheaper then yours. That is an attack on you apparently. We are not allowed to sell software but you are. You called me a bad appraiser and other names, yet we said nothing about you or your appraising skills yet you were the one attacked. We are losers here with too much time to post yet you are here just as much typing on this post. So wild you say all these things about us yet it is you that are all of those things. Amusing and befuddling to see how someone's mindset can be so tweaked with an overtly heavy internal frame of reference. You don't focus one bit on what others are saying here just your wild tangent response. Good luck in retirement based on these posts it seems like that is the right call on your part.
