A accusation is just that. But the issue would be what they pay taxes on ? Not the amount of members. Some may not even pay member dues. There may be Honorary members, ones whose dues are waived, many factors would have to be audited by a CPA before any conclusions could be made.

As a tax-exempt organization, what is the tax rate paid by the Appraisal Institute, Daddy Gump?

Do they not realize REVAA is the enemy?

It seems like the only reason they are behind the res appraisers is because if we do not eat revaa does not eat. Revaa needs us $$$. The only issue is that REVAA is eating to much of the pie.

A nonprofit can potentially lose its tax-exempt status if it underreports its membership or otherwise provides false or misleading information to the IRS. LOL
