Are Staff Appraisers paid customary and reasonable fees?

If someone can explain how paying someone more for being older makes sense, then I'll listen. Haven't heard a single actual argument. If I can do the job just as well as the 50 year old, why does the older person deserve more pay?

You got too many participation trophies when you were younger. I guess you would have hit as many home runs or scored as many points as that all-star kid if you were just given the chance? You are where you are at in life due to your own abilities. Everybody in this nation has the ability to better themselves and work to achieve their own success based on their desires and work ethic. Complaining about how much the older guy makes or his work quality is not as good as yours has more to say about you than them. Most unions have a tiered system where experienced employees make more than new employees.

This doesn't make sense. I don't want someone else's labor/wages. That's the current system. I'm advocating for a society where people aren't handed a fraction of the value they produce.

I know very few parents that were involved in the "everybody needs an award" movement. It was started by a small but vocal group of sjw's. As are many of the social constructs of today. It has turned our education system into a joke. How does eliminating advanced courses in high school help anyone. Except when it comes to "feelz".
