Let's say I interview and hire you. WE negotiate a pay rate. What has that got to do with my other agreements, from your standpoint?

You don't like the situation? Give notice and move on.

By "sluffing off" from 3 o'clock on you give the impression to others you are not earning your wages, just as you may feel about them.

Me, I got the attitude you would be gone if you were not willing to produce as WE agreed upon when you were hired.

Good luck. Please don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Go ahead and fire your top producer. Get another schlub who wastes time throughout the day instead of just doing it all at once when they are finished.

Empathy has to be backed up by actions. Otherwise its just empty words . I do animal rescue and also volunteer once a week at a homeless shelter, so my empathy is converted into evidence of fruit. You sound more like a Democratic Politician who feels your pain but never does anything to help you.

I've volunteered at multiple hospitals. I've taught people microsoft excel for free through the library. I gifted my 2015 Nissan Versa to a friend who didn't have a car instead of trading it in. I wish I could have participated in Doctors without Borders when I was in college, but that's just for rich people it seems.

I raised kids.

I took in a friend who was suicidal and let him share my studio apartment for a year. Rent free. Paid for his medication and doctor visits.

He got fired from his job, so I dropped all the appraisal work I was doing and drove 3 hours to bring him back to my apartment. Found the suicide note and everything. He's doing much better now. That was a ****ty year living with a dude in the same room.

When I was a teen I fixed computers for free. Anyone who needed it. I loved helping people fix their computer problems because slow computers are the devil. I thought I would make a career out of it, but here I am.

It's incredible how shady companies are. Last month my friend was working 60+ hours to cover for a strike, and he was specifically told by management that overtime didn't apply. I showed him the wage laws and he just shrugged. I doubt he got paid overtime.
In Silicon Valley, a restaurant owner got in trouble in using $3 million in PPE loans for personal expenditures including gambling.
I always wonder how business owners when they get their PPE freebies actually spend on their business operations.
