Automated tools and software geared for efficiency to produce a generic robo "appraisal" that lacks any meaningful analysis or narrative and uses rote/data/ no thought driven comp selection and adjustments , with Chat AI creating slick but empty commentary. But hey it got turned in fast at a low fee which kicked back max $ to the client so its all good. Too bad the clueless borrower ,, users or investors are not truthfully informed about the POS report they are basing a decision worth hundreds of thousand of dollars on .
