not sure how that statement could be made easier to understand. maybe lay off the pipe early in the morning?
AND DON'T THINK THERE'S NOT A BIG BANK BEHIND THE CURTAINS HERE. THEY ALWAYS LET THE OTHER GUY (THE SMALLER GUY) BUY UP EVERYTHING TO VOID ATTENTION AND POSSIBLE ANTITRUST ISSUES, THEN THEY MAKE THEIR MOVE.CONTROL!! That's what lenders always hated about appraisers. They could never control us. We had our fees and our way of doing things and they had to submit or else, because they had to get an appraisal. Control the appraisal software and control the appraiser. Control the data and every means the appraiser gets his money and business and you control the appraiser. Now Corelogic and redesign the software to make every box some kind of UAD data collector and/or whatever else they have up their sleeve. Appraisals are costing customers around $550.00 and you are making the same or less than you were 15-20 years ago. How do you think that is? Not just the BS low fee but the software charges that doubled, the alamode website that was free but now if over $500.00 (I think?) the BS upload fee or Tech fee, yeah right Go F... yourself. And they keep raising the fees for all this BS and they are getting it from you the financially poor, low membership = weak, no influence industry that does nothing to protect themselves. I think the appraisal industry has been and probably still is, being run by a bunch dumb wit losers. I'm out a here anyway. Down to 1 appraisal a month and that's only if they pay my fee plus what ever BS fee they try and take out of my check. F...ing Scumbags.
Corelogic I'm sure has a big banking partnerAND DON'T THINK THERE'S NOT A BIG BANK BEHIND THE CURTAINS HERE. THEY ALWAYS LET THE OTHER GUY (THE SMALLER GUY) BUY UP EVERYTHING TO VOID ATTENTION AND POSSIBLE ANTITRUST ISSUES, THEN THEY MAKE THEIR MOVE.

Not if you have to drive out - drive back and fill out a form. It can take me 2 hours just to drive there and back on one property. It's not like I can wait around for a few days to accumulate a bunch then route it out. They want their stuff now. If I were to drive all 3 of my counties and come back to the office that would take around 4 hours if I had 3 jobs $150.00...a day? I don't think so plus I'd have to do their form and probably pay $20.00 upload or "tech" fee for each assignment. But If I could do 20 a day in a 10 hour work day, sure that would be nice. But if there are no qualifications needed for this job, like an appraiser, then every tom dick and hairy will be appling and that would drive the $50.00 down to like...$10.00, you think? If one was provided with sufficient number of $50.00+/assignments, located within a tight radius, that required just exterior photos of the subject dwelling and then attached to some type of cloud based form....
Wouldn't that be an easy way to earn an income?
No appraisal software renewal, no e/o renewal, no MLS renewal, etc.
Especially for those of us who no longer have family expense obligations...
