I have an appraisal from First American eAppraiseIT and they want a Enhanced Desk Review, Form 2006(RARS) I use Nova Day One which does not have this form. Any suggestions for which one i should use?

Lukasz,

You mean a technical review plus a second real estate appraisal for all of $125 maybe? Keeping repeating to yourself while you type... "I don't care if the original appraiser made at least twice as much for half the work. I don't care... I don't care.... I don't care... "

Webbed.

What do you mean by "Enhanced Desk Review"?

What is E paying for this "Enhanced Desk Review"?

You might check with Bradford or Alamode for the form.

You could do it as a naritive appraisal using your own form.

No it says Local Enhanced Desk Review. The it sayd please use form 2006(RARS)

Yikes, Let's try be nice! Maybe, just maybe EAppraiseus will pay a professional fee! :-)

Oops, posted that before I saw Lukas last post! I stand corrected.

I would print it on TP and send it in, that's all they are paying for!

Yeah its a horrible fee. But I figured I'd do it because I have no new appraisals yet.
