Shouldn't that be "I" rather than "Me". Gosh ya'll are butchering our language. Tim, in case you are wondering what that "butchering" word is, that's "buchering" to Texicans.

Billiam, it is good to see you posting again. In TX, it is me, me, me. See now, I have given Willie all kinds of ammo against my butchery of the English language and not once have I sent him a pm calling him any choice names. I save it for the chat room. Oh yeah, we don't have one.

It's good to see you kinder and gentler. Texas must have a way of softening up East Tennessee hillbillies. As far as my correcting your poor grammar, you can pm Wayne.

Ah, referencing the PM i sent you.
Just to be clear, i didnt realize that dick was an offensive name. I was referring to spotted dick which is an old English pudding. (no really, it is. Google it) Back in the day, we also used that name for people we really like and admire. Over the years, we just left off the spotted and went only with dick.
I suppose i can see how in America that could be offensive.
Me no speaky the Language so well. I guess not everythng translates so well.

Dean, next time, just drop the d and add pr and you will be complimenting him.

I thought he was saying my review skills were detective like (dick). Go figure, I am a pudding.

And William knows me well.

I guess Dean is from the Benny Hill School of Appraisal.

Henry McGee

Henry McGee

TC, i have some useless trivia for you. I used to work in a pub across from Benny Hills House. He lived in the same building as Stefan Edberg. I only saw Benny a few times, i think he died around 92. But i did serve Henry a bunch of times, he was born and raised about 2-4 miles from where Benny Hill was living at the time of his death.
I wasnt really into the Benny Hill show though, but henry was a very cool dude. I believe he died a couple of years ago.

English comedy is so dry. But, I do like it.

Cool, serving a draught (English spelling) to Mr. McGee.

I guess Benny burst on the USA scene circa 1982 or so. A lot of his stuff was hit or miss, and some was laugh out loud funny. I remember reading he passed away shortly after they cancelled his show alone in his apartment. Funny guy.
