As it is, there is nothing in our backyards spy satellites cannot see. In the 1970s a Kodak engineer showed us aerial photography from U-2 flights that could spot a football on the grass in a stadium. He assured us that this film had been degraded and the original could read "Wilson" on that same football.

In 1963, they could read the headlines of a newspaper from orbit. By the mid 70s they could resolve to fingerprint granularity. I honestly can't even imagine what they can do today. (Source - guy I knew well who used to design these).

Ok thanks for the information, sorry I had trouble finding where they moved this string. Kind of slipping straws. This seems to be a relevant appraisal subject more than real estate finance.
