Endless USPAP

but but but GLA standards arent even part of USPAP... :ROFLMAO:
 
When the user is asking for ANSI in an assignment USPAP requires the appraiser to meet that expectation in that assignment.

Appraisers have never had the right to arbitrarily blow off these user-driven requirements on the basis of them not being explicitly called out in USPAP itself. You were ALWAYS required to comply with your users' additional requirements. If you haven't been doing that then you are in error. As well, if you think this is some recent development then you are in error there, too.

oh i am pretty sure i can find the quote where an ex asb chair dismissed fannies measuring guidelines and did his own way...so the precedent has been set :ROFLMAO:
 
There is nothing in USPAP that requires me to call anything "GLA". I can call it Heated SF or something like that.
 
i dont do ansi...it is misleading :unsure: :ROFLMAO:
