Just in case anyone wants to know the actual level of detail required for roof age

Speaking from experience, I have roof that is over 20 years old and still in protective condition.
Then I have a 13 year roof and has leaks in one section of the roof.
Appraisers are not roof inspectors.
 
(1) Appraiser to give range of ceiling height for coffered ceilings using ANSI standards.
(2) Appraiser to define "coffered" at the request of AMC team leader
(3) Appraiser to define "ceilings" for AMC turn time enhancer
(4) Appraiser to refrain from posting stips on social media or appraiser's report card will show demerits
(5) Appraiser to answer phone when team leader calls, the client is threatening to drop us as an AMC and is also threatening to leave the mortgage industry because he said the new UAD is an endless, time consuming nightmare.
How can we compare ceiling height or coffered ceilings to comps? What is the end game of these details of subject?
 
You can tell they have 0 appraisers working on this, unless they are just using them for advice on how to **** off appraisers.
Been my complaint from the beginning. Other alternative-they do not listen to the appraisers.
