I am the buyer. I lived at this home for 13 years renting to own. Owner died, government needs the house for payment if wife goes to nursing home. We must buy or we are out. Raised 4 kids here. Kinda wanna keep it.So I gather you are the seller if you just ran out of fuel.
You said we ran out of fuel. That sounds like you are not the buyer. I think we locally are reaching close to 0% degrees locally this week. Might be bad situation without heat source.
Seems to me the "wife" is the wife of the owner that passed away. You and Zoe seem a bit confusedWife is boss, her house. You do what she say. Best of luck, maybe you can fix it up to a normal house.
I married the daughter of the late owner. His wife still owns it and my wife and I still reside here. Sorry for the confusion. As for boss, we are a team. She has her duties and I have mine to run the show. Can we get back on track please?Seems to me the "wife" is the wife of the owner that passed away. You and Zoe seem a bit confused
Why, this thread got answered over and over way back. But now to funny off tract, to keep reading about your 'family'. A house is a wife's security, so you buy it for her and do what she wants done to it for a happy marriage.I married the daughter of the late owner. @Zoe, what you see on that she'd connected to the house was caused by storm damage. It will be torn off and siding will be put on. We where told about a 203k loan option.I got the picture now. Thanks!
I don't think so on 203K. Your mortgage lender should know that. I don't know for sure. I haven't done FHA in a long time.@Zoe, what you see on that she'd connected to the house was caused by storm damage. It will be torn off and siding will be put on. We where told about a 203k loan option.
Will any of the pics fail an appraisal?
Oh no, my question is directed at the pics v. FHA appraisal / inspection.I don't think so on 203K. Your mortgage lender should know that. I don't know for sure. I haven't done FHA in a long time.
