Global warming, so confusing, help me understand.

F the environment. What do we need it for anyway? Besides, big business and manufacturing will protect it out of the goodness of their hearts.
It was a joke, chill (plus, it's good for our warming planet).

Well, my understanding is that once Siberian permafrost (8.8 million square miles of frozen dead vegetal matter) starts to melt the 650,000 years of buried frozen vegetal matter will rot and release methane which will warm the earth. Then more will defrost and rot and more permafrost will rot and release more methane. Then we are all really fuct. Like post apocalyptical future. You think illegal immigration is bad now, how about when it's 140 degrees all the time at the equator.

Careful that the Feds don't find out about your garage Meth Operation - because it appears to be mighty powerful mind-altering stuff you got on your hands there. My advice to you is: "Quit". Save what gray matter you have left. :ROFLMAO:

P.S. You're now added to my "Blocked List". Enjoy your extended Winter in America's "Armpit State" :rof:

Not a problem according the the Big Don. he claimed that rising sea levels would create “more oceanfront property.” Aug 13, 2024
Well that is true......

Alternate gag line (I swear this is like shooting fish in a barrel): ;)

"It's obvious you've been inhaling those methane fumes already". :rof:

Can you explain why that scenario didn't destroy earth back in the 11th Century when it was warmer than today? Or, back in the 5th century before the "dark ages" (which were dark due to volcanic dust for years), or why during the Egyptian times 3,000 years ago we didn't poison everyone with methane? And you do realize that the Arctic has been ice free passage numerous times over the previous 13,000 years or so?

Fantastic models prove zero. Absolutely zero. Science must be falsifiable and there is no way to test a model except to wait the centuries needed to see if the alarmist models come true.

I thought you blocked me.
Glad you didn't.
My life will be richer because of your sage advice.

Why did/does Tesla build electric cars....
To get free Federal Carbon Tax Credits to sell to Ford and others. There is or wasn't any green company that could make money so then also giving buyers tax credits.

The whole scam was just to scare people while rewarding them. All i wanted was a cheap truck not a $80 000 pos that was worthless once the warranty expires.

Unfortunately, that applies to most trucks today. They are no longer built for the farmer or the construction workers who were the primary buyers. It's why my 25-year-old truck is still running while I see much newer trucks parked in the deep grass in the back yards around. I know it will outlast my Escape or my Terrain which simply have far too many electronics to be reliable for a long time. And don't even talk about repair costs.
