I've been getting the same requests. And today I decided that I'm done with them. If they want to change the scope of work or add anything not on the order i charge at least half an appraisal fee for my time. Maybe I'll lose them as clients but I really don't care, another sucker will come along. They will get the best appraisal they've ever seen and hate it cause it didn't hit that number.

I did not read the subsequent posts... I can say that when ever there was any question concerning my reports, the response has predominantly been. Please read Page XX Section XX and Addendum Page XX. Do they read the reports???

I think we we need to start a reading program for MB's and UW's.

A GED would be a nice start.
