How many actually believe 3.6 will be fully implemented this year?

Every time I complete a 3.6 report it is a new vague issue that prompts me to call tech support. The in-software UAD guide is useless.
This is my 7th 3.6 report and this is a new one.
And when everybody starts to use it. Your number in the que is 1,999. So you now wanna pay more to get closer to the front of that line. Why, because the provider hasn't got all the bugs out. Fannie took 8 years and they want the program ready in 1 year. Crash and burn, not the programs. Da appraisers.

The part missing from your equation is with a mobile device you enter the data once, the old way you handle it twice.
I was referring to someone else who said they had been using mobile prior to now. Until you have a few of these under your belt, its all conjecture.

Last week when I had a tech issue, I was 14th in line for Alamode support and that took 40 minutes.

Now I have a 3.6 report and under vehicle storage, a custom row was created with no info. The report won't pass the UAD check because of it and there's no way to remove it.

I am back on hold with Alamode support and and number 35 in the queue.

If 3.6 was a person, I would run them over with my car. This is absolutely absurd.
Get on "Chat" at the bottom of an open appraisal. When the junior tech can't figure it out he will ask if you want a senior tech to call you, which usually happen in less than 10 minutes.

Conjecture? The mobile app operates much the same way with 3.6 as it did with 2.6. It just follows the form in an organized way. Nothing to conjecture. You just enter data once. I just read a post with a person who uses the Total Mobile app that has done 7 reports. It syncs up the same as with 2.6. Data shows up where it is supposed to show up.

Hell yeah cheat code. Thanks.

I think next 3.6 I get where the house is vacant and I can take my time to fiddle with the app I might try it. If it's not too hard to get the hang of it will really lessen the frustration of putting it together from scratch later on.

The app is being refined as we speak. But the key is to start with the sketch. Make the sketch and then when you label a room you tap it and up comes the place to take a picture as well as make any other notes. This is the best place to start according to the developers. They are developing a picture first part for it, but that is a ways off.

I have played around with it a bit. It’s pretty logical. But it will definitely take some practice. I would try it on an easy house first. It will definitely save you time at the desktop and be less tedious.

What I like about the app is that if you forget something needed it will tell you with a red exclamation mark.

I love how things are still "far off" but this horse **** is supposed to be fully implemented and mandatory in a few months.

I know. I haven’t done a 3.6 yet. And we are supposed to be doing this all the time in less than 4 mos. I am retired. So I may just take November off and let the dust settle. This is going to be a mess. Don’t envy the full time guys. At least Total is somewhat ready. I have 2 friends that use ACI and ACI isn’t really close to being operational.

I'm just trying to get as much work as I can. One of the reviewers for a bank I do work for told me to get good at it now and I'll get buried in work when it's fully implemented and everyone that procrastinated is struggling.
