How many actually believe 3.6 will be fully implemented this year?

I've been practicing......

Im with alamode. To many bugs still.

Until there is a MLS import feature that works....im not accepting any orders. Filling out that grid without it is a waste of time.

I tried datamaster and it has bugs. It only filled out half.

Quick source from Alamode works to import from MLS; however, it is an extra charge.
they said it would work with 3.6 in September.

What do find as the problems? I use quick source quite a bit. Even the 2.6 form gets tedious.
 
Im strictly speaking g of 3.6. The only company that currently offers it for 3.6 is datamaster. Per their rep, they are aware of the bugs and are working with alamode to fix it.

Can't wait for quicksource for 3.6 in September.

I use alamode original import tool for free for 2.6.. I have it very customized, it's awesome. All can still use it, but tech will not help you map it. You have to figure it out.
 
I wonder why the National Association of Realtors (of which we are all a part of by virtue of MLS membership) doesn’t step in and lobby Congress to get the GSE’s to slow this down and be more methodical or it will slow down closings etc. I have yet to do a 3.6 and we are only about 3.5 months away from this taking full effect. The software we use has glitches. Lenders aren’t prepared. Appraisers haven’t had time to learn the programs either because of no orders or their software isn’t ready. I don’t know of anyone that really has much confidence in this entire process.

Has anyone written their state Congress people? Any response?

Worst part is someone is probably accepting that fee
IMO the borrower is getting ripped off by Clear Capital. If an appraiser wants to work for $322 then the borrower should be charged $322 for the appraisal report. The fee Clear Capital wants to charge should be billed and disclosed outside of the appraisal report fee.
