How many Appraisals do you get a month from AppraiserUSA?

Hi Wayne,

I have to say that I am pleased so far with my listing. I received first order with free listing and used the fee to upgrade to the 6-15 slots. I would like the 2-5 slots when they come available in the future, well worth it to me. I do get the occassional comp check, takes me 5 secs to explain that I don't do them, just send over the order COD. I get 2-3 calls a week and 1 usually turns into an order. I would have paid that kind of fee just to join/support the forum for the wealth of knowledge I have gained. Just wanted to say thanks for the forums/listing on AppraiserUSA.

Wow that is fast!

As far as the order itself it is up to the appraiser to check out new clients . Verify the order just as you would any new client that calls you on the phone.

You might want to ask your question in another forum about how you would be affected.

Just a follow up post to let you know Wayne, I did get the order and the deal took a bit but is now signed sealed and delivered "PAID FOR". I really enjoyed the property appraised...it taught me a lot and I say thanks to your sight!!

I've been signed up for less than a week and have had 6 calls and 2 emails,...since yesterday!

1 is from an AMC, who refused due to my fee (it was on the opposite end of the state).
The rest are from homeowners looking to list their homes. 2 have ordered.

Not bad for a free listing.

I'm in a large metro area and the top 15 spots are taken in appraiserusa. But, I still manage to get a couple of orders each month from random placements. Sometimes, the client is looking for an appraiser in a specific city, rather than the entire county.

I pay for priority listing, not top of page, I like it! Of the Websites that I pay for, AppraiserUSA.com is by far the most effective!!!!

Nobody get the impression that this keeps me alive, but I did not expect this to be more than a couple deals a week. Some weeks two deals average 4 per month. Well worth my subscription. About three times as many phone calls, some deals never make it that far!!

I have a Website as well! All my emails, letters and other written communication mention my site. I get some referrals, maybe I would not have gotten.

just from the free site i get a few a month, ive found that solid orders come from waynes site, and more skippy requests come from zip appraisers

We only sell a 6-15 when the top 5 is sold out. If you ordered a top 5 and got an email from me that we were sold out for the county you ordered, that means we are sold out of ALL positions for that county, including 6-15.

Wayne, this is to let you and all others out there know that your site really works.

I have a FREE listing and am trying to get the first appraisal request to upgrade, but unfortunately the last 3 that I have received last week were all from MB's requesting the infamous "Comp-Check", which I don't do, but fortunately because this is evidence of the exposure on your website.
