How many Appraisals do you get a month from AppraiserUSA?

I get probably 1-3 per month that I know are from AppraiserUSA.com. For $60/year, that's definitely paying for itself. I don't always ask 'How did you find us?"
 
I get at least 10 orders a month.
 
I updated my listing to include the "no comp checks" clause and somehow I got three inquiries this week. Of course one was a blowhard who was disgusted with his regular appraiser and was elated to find me and could I please do a comp check because of course he had plenty of business for me. Right. Watch out, might be him on the phone to you.
 
Only a handful of emails and fewer calls per year. However we just got a call this morning where they said they found us at AppraiserUSA. They said an order is on the way.

PS I like the NO Comp check feature on the listing :)

And I might ad you have the free listing, not the paid directory positions that cause your listing to come up in the top 5.
 
I have been VERY happy with my directory positions. It has been my first year in business on my own and this site has been a God send. True some are just looking for comp checks, but I have also gotten plenty of orders from it as well.
 
Normally my father tracked his advertising, since I lost him in Dec. I canceled, (or at least thought I canceled) all of his accounts. I knew of this one but for some reason never canceled it. I never kept track, but I will say this "calls were coming in". Finally I started to ask where they found him listed and it was AppraiserUSA.com. I have recently obtained my State License and now realize there is so much of this business I have yet to learn. It's a whole new ball game when "MY" signature is going on the report. This sites forums have taught me so much. That alone is worth $60. Count me in Wayne, I'm signing up tomorrow. Thanks to all who have posted on this site, you have all been a great help to me. BTW, read my first magazine of WorkingRE and loved it. For those of you asking yourselfs "How much is Wayne paying this guy" lol....I don't know the man and thats the truth.. "Always" be a learner...life can teach you sooo much!!!
 
Forgot to ask...How much is to much for a test trial? 60, 100, 200...I'll be testing a few and tracking results...the way I see it if I only get one order I break even +. In most cases I'll gamble that to see who produces results.
 
I tried the listing in 99 when I went out on my own. After a short while, I got so many calls that I decided it worked well enough in my area to buy the premium listings in all of my home territory counties. I've had the premium listing since, and I get around a half dozen calls and orders per month. Some have turned into long time clients.
