I did an internet search. Google said hybrids are illegal. It was then confirmed by a tik tok influencer.

Can we move on now?
If they were illegal that would make the GSEs and the FRT regulator's and Money Center Banks complicit in a Federal Crime and State Boards Complicit in not enforcing USPAP.

So you're going to be doing them once you get the new forms and training. Lol
 
So that certification will end the never ending is it USPAP compliant ? If the Fannie/Freddie Cert takes it then hell yes it compliant. I never doubted they were but folks who do them will now feel better.
Of course not. There will be appraisers who have problems in their reports despite the new form software attempting to steer at every step.
