Illinois license renewal is not available online this year

I’m going to try calling tomorrow, as this is just nuts. Clients will be asking us soon, and I’ve got nothing to show them.

I was told my check was received, and cashed, two weeks ago, but TCF has not shown that it has cleared. I told the guy that, and he said not to worry about it. Yeah, okay, I think I'll worry about it all the same.

Just out of curiosity is the website showing it renewed? Usually a screenshot of that is good enough for your clients in the mean time.

Also for anyone wondering what may be holding up your renewal, AI just sent an email stating to send your sexual harassment cert to the state as they are now *maybe* needing it. I replied that mine was showing up on the CE Lookup page and she said to send it regardless. If you have a renewal pending or just sent it, it may be a good idea to fwd that along.

Just to weigh in on what everyone else is (maybe) thinking - how it this website update going on during the renewal process, was that unavoidable??! Or are we just blaming COVID like everyone else for any shortcomings?

Has anyone already received their renewed, 2023 license? What do you say to your clients, AMCs? I have already been removed from the approved appraisers lists.

WTH?? I took it, they can look it up just like anyone else. If they don’t need my CE certificates, then they don’t need that stupid, useless, sexual harassment certificate, either.
