"Inflation is coming down"

You're a very judgey person. Waiter service is at your mercy. Their job is difficult enough.
How much experience do you have in the service industry. I would guess less than zero. It is always "judgy". Including the food, drinks and service. I don't blame the server for the quality of the food and drinks. But the service for the most part is on the server.

Doesn't Fernando provide appraisal "services?" :)

In Japan, I didn't pay tip and service was excellent. It was nice not to worry about how much I think someone is worth.
Just the sound of WAITER, a person that waits on you sounds like a servant.
I heard minimum wage for waiters is like $2.XX/hour. They need the tips and it's disheartening when they don't get tip well or at all.

So you are equating appraisers with restaurant servers. Wow
I get compliments from the homeowner saying they like me unlike the other appraisers with their "cold" service.
And I don't get a tip.:cryingsmiley:

Best "tip" was from a house I was appraising owned by an appraiser.
He gave me a $100 tip to do a gooooood job.;)
I said no need. Professional Courtesy and I'll still do you a gooood job.;)
