If they have other openings in other departments then maybe these employees can compete for those jobs. Just because their job was looking for banned words in appraisal reports before doesn't mean they are unqualified to answer the phone or make powerpoint presentations for the accounting dept.They should fire every DEI employee found to be disguised and each of their superiors.
