Judge Rules Appraiser/Lender Owe no duty of care

I have worked multifamily in Texas a little. I guess I can see 24 acres there. The OP cannot afford me to fight their case.

If you are licensed in Texas go after the OP and say I will consult with you if nothing else.

I promise they cannot afford me.

I would have to get temporary license. I would need travel expenses paid. I would have to spend like a week at least and need all expenses paid.

It would be real expensive to the OP.

Ohio Supreme Court says boneless chicken wings can have bones

Republicans on the Ohio Supreme Court ruled that bones are a natural part of chicken so a consumer should be on guard for them − even in boneless wings

understand... :rof: :rof: :rof:
For company's protection, should put disclaimer that boneless chicken wings may have bones. Just like fish filet, there may be bones so I won't swallow the filet quickly.

I think you meant this for another thread. This one's only .64 of an acre.

I wonder if this is the Appraiser that is the topic of this thread

This month, we're excited to shine the spotlight on Texas appraiser Brock Sivertsen, one of our elite appraisers! In the last 90 days, Brock has completed over 100 orders with an impressive overall turn time of 6.28 days.

Okay.... that's just about 16 reports a day. This can only be accomplished by runners (inspections) relayed to the report writers, then passed to Brock.....the signer.

I wonder if all of these reports are checked "did inspect". Shine the spotlight on that...

Or....maybe he has a large team of licensed appraisers? Refers them out for a cut?

Just wait til market turns down and it will. Makes no difference who is elected Pres.

It will happen. I have been alive long enough to know it will happen.

Then it will get ugly.

You will be in high demand.
